Booking Terms & Conditions
Early Bird Discount
Book before Aug 28th, 2026 and receive a $400 discount.
Cancellation Policy

Cancel 91 days or more prior to the retreat start date: refund of your payment and charged a cancellation fee charge of $600 applies.

Cancel 90 – 61 days prior to the retreat start date: a cancellation fee of 65% of your total retreat package will apply.

Cancel 60 – 30 days prior to the retreat start date: a cancellation fee of 75% of your total retreat package will apply.

Cancel 29 – 15 days prior to the retreat start date: a cancellation fee of 85% of your total retreat package will apply.

Cancel 14 days or fewer prior to the retreat start date - you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Due to the nature of bookings, we cannot offer any exceptions to our cancellation policy, including but not limited to weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellations, or events beyond our control (e.g. a natural disaster). We highly recommend purchasing Travel Protection Insurance. With the purchase of travel insurance, everyone involved (you, our team, property owners) can be protected from losses associated.
In the event that the retreat is cancelled by us, your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled event. If the even is not rescheduled, your fee will be returned, minus a 3% processing fee.
Liability Release Forms
Guests are kindly asked to submit their personal information and signed liability release forms prior to departure. If these are not received in advance, participation in the retreat may not be possible, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Liability release forms will be included in your Welcome Packet, along with additional retreat details, once your reservation is confirmed.
